RESIDENTIAL
A refresh of a kitchen and PRIMARY bath in a 1930s house in the Eagle Rock neighborhood of Los Angeles.
The layout of the existing kitchen was reorganized for improved natural light, better efficiency and flow, and increased storage. An enlarged opening between the kitchen and adjacent dining room greatly improves the visual connections between the two formerly separated spaces. In the primary bath, all finishes and fixtures were updated for a brighter, more contemporary look-and-feel.
